Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://sasconailshenderson.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. SASCO Nails reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, SASCO Nails markets and arranges Gel Nails, Acrylic Nails, Nail Art, Nail Extensions, Spa Pedicure. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://sasconailshenderson.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SASCO Nails or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. SASCO Nails reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://sasconailshenderson.com is provided on an "as is" basis. SASCO Nails makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. SASCO Nails is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SASCO Nails from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NV law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NV, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
